My delivery has not arrived or a link does not work. What do I do?Each product page says how and when it is delivered; automated products are sent by email to the address used at checkout. If yours has not arrived after an hour, or a link in it does not work, check your spam folder and then ask for a person below with the email you paid with.

What is the refund policy?Refunds are available for 14 days, no questions asked. Reply to your delivery email, or leave your email below and a person will handle it.

What name will appear on my card statement?Charges appear as "Hall Property Investments LLC" or "HALL PROPERTY INV". Olympus Forge is an operating brand of Hall Property Investments LLC.

Are the weekly reports really free?Yes. The weekly reports are free, need no sign-up, and show counts and company names only. They are rebuilt from the same public records every week.

What does the website grader check?It reads one page of your site once and runs fifteen checks you could verify by viewing the page: HTTPS, server response time, title, description, mobile setup, tap-to-call, visible phone number, contact form, business markup, headings, image descriptions, written content, freshness, page size and hours. It does not use Google data or AI, and it flags when a JavaScript-built page makes the result incomplete.

What do you do with my email address?A checkout email is used to deliver what you bought and to answer you if you write in. An email left on this page or on a grader report is used only for a person to reply to you. We do not send newsletters to it or share it.

How do I reach a person?Ask your question in the box. If the answers do not cover it, leave your email and a person will reply. You can also write to hello@olympus-forge.com.
